Jesse Bongiovi

Founder

Since founding Hampton Water in 2016, Jesse has challenged the norms of the wine industry, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to a traditional space. Under his leadership, Hampton Water has become a staple in the category, earning national accolades and recognition. Building on the lessons of the past decade, Jesse is expanding his vision into the broader beverage alcohol market as one of the industry’s leading young innovators.

Michael Misiorski

CEO

Michael brings decades of beverage alcohol expertise to the leadership team. Beginning his career at Seagram’s, he went on to play pivotal roles in building some of the industry’s most iconic brands—most notably assembling the team behind Absolut Vodka and overseeing its acquisition, which ultimately reached a valuation of more than $8 billion.

Dom Alcocer

COO

Dom brings decades of beverage alcohol experience from industry powerhouses including Pernod Ricard and Campari, where he led the tequila and whiskey portfolio. Before entering the industry, he served as a U.S. Air Force Captain, specializing in radar-jamming technology to counter surface-to-air projectiles.

Jeff Cairney

Head of Sales / CRO

Jeff joins the team following major success with brands like Oyster Bay and McBride Sisters. He has overseen the expansion of the LPG sales team from four employees to more than thirty-five, building an organization that has driven significant growth for the Hampton Water brand.

Ariel Hamlin

Head of Marketing

Ariel joined the team, bringing more than thirteen years of beverage alcohol and CPG experience. At Campari, she managed the rum, vodka, and gin portfolios, driving double-digit growth for brands like Appleton and Wray & Nephew. She has also played a pivotal role in strategic planning, helping Hampton Water Rosé become the most-followed rosé brand in the U.S. market.
